DPM has been encouraged by both regulatory agencies and tank owners to develop a cost effective riser isolation system. DPM’s solution complies with all three of the options listed for existing piping by the EPA. All components of these kits are methanol/ethanol and MTBE compatible. The kits are compatible with both a 6” and 4” double bung tank and a 4” single bung tank. DPM recommends spraying SB-11 Soils Barrier on any exposed metal surface that is to be buried in the soil.
