DPM’s zippered flex jackets are available in 3.5” ID and 5.0” ID. There is a full family of inserts that are used to seal the jackets to various pipe sizes including the Hex portion of shear valves and flex connectors. A blind 3.5” plug may be split and drilled to any size required for sealing to smaller flex connectors or for dual lines such as those used in the fuel oil supply and return systems. The jacket is sealed using DPM’s proprietary triple seal zipper. The zipper is solvent welded in the field with DPM’s DZT to ensure a leak proof seal.
