DPM’s flex jackets are available in 3.9” ID, 4.9” ID, and 6.7” ID for installations over 1.5” and 2” flex connectors, 3” flex connectors, and 4” flex connectors respectively. These jackets are normally not designed for a pressure test.  A custom high pressure jacket is available that will test in excess of 10 PSI.  The ends of the jackets are terminated with terminating and test reducer fittings.  A stiffening insert is installed in the end of each jacket segment that allows the reducer to form a seal between the jacket and the covered flexible connector.
